53 acre property
Almost the entire property is fully treed and has been unused for a long time. Its also mostly fenced, excluding the north side.
No direct road access. Plans are in the works to build a road and sign legal papers to give the proper rights to a road, but no timeline is available for the success of this. You can easily quad, motorbike, horseback, or bike into town though, or just park at the gravel road and walk in, about 5-10 min walk.

This is a beautiful piece of property, very peaceful, even with it being beside the train tracks. I think the train comes every other day. Some of my biggest complaints: there are quite a few mosquitoes, timid bears are in the area and the direct road access is an issue. Ideally I would have a motorbike or a highway legal quad. Its also near a gun range, about a mile away, not a busy spot but sometimes you can hear gunshots.

- Easy access to water. Makes watering plants super easy & washing.
- Wildlife: seeing bears, hearing and seeing owls, bats, rabbits, hordes of butterflys, watching the birds interact together.
- The fresh smell
- Close to town
- Tons of space to do whatever
- Tons of privacy
- So much opportunity to do anything!
